A code review skill that audits UI code against the Web Interface Guidelines and reports violations. It pulls the canonical rule set fresh on every run, walks the targeted file or glob through each rule, and surfaces findings using the `file:line` format defined by the guidelines themselves — so the output stays in lockstep with whatever the upstream document currently says.
