It works backwards from the decisions data should inform, lays out a tracking plan with consistent event naming (object_action, lowercase, no PII), and ships GA4, GTM, and UTM strategies that survive contact with engineering. Outputs include a structured tracking plan document, custom dimensions, conversion definitions, and a validation checklist.
