Vibe Skills Terms of Service

Welcome to Vibe Skills, a subscription marketplace for visual AI skills operated by Snippets AI Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Latvia. By accessing or using Vibe Skills ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing, subscribing to a plan, or publishing skills on Vibe Skills, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Vibe Skills is a subscription marketplace for visual AI skills that work with Claude, Cursor, Gemini, ChatGPT, and other supported AI tools. The Platform connects:

Creators, who publish skills to the catalog, and
Subscribers, who install skills via an active paid subscription.

A free account lets you browse the catalog and preview skills. Installing a skill into your AI tool requires an active paid subscription.

3. Account Registration

To subscribe or to publish skills, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your account credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activity under your account
Not share your account with others on single-seat plans (Pro and Premium)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Vibe Skills is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. By subscribing you agree to the following:

Plans: Pro, Premium, and Business, each available on monthly or annual billing. Plan features and prices are listed on our pricing page.
Auto-renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled.
Payment processor: Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal.
Billing management: You can view invoices, change plans, update payment methods, and cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your account settings.
Prices and taxes: Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are added at checkout where required by law.
No free trial: Vibe Skills does not offer a free trial. Subscriptions bill from the moment you start the plan.
Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically. If repeated retries fail, we may suspend or terminate your access until payment is restored.

5. Subscription License

An active paid subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use skills from the catalog according to your plan tier. License scope varies by plan:

Personal license (Pro) covers personal creative work and in-house commercial content for the Subscriber's own company.
Commercial license (Premium) adds the right to use installed skills in paid client work, including freelance deliverables and paid social campaigns.
Extended commercial license (Business) covers agency-scale use, including work delivered on behalf of multiple brands, plus up to 20 team seats under one subscription.

You may not:

Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share purchased or installed skills
Reverse-engineer or modify skills for resale
Use skills to build, train, or populate a competing marketplace or catalog
Claim authorship of skills you did not create
Use skills in ways that violate applicable laws

On cancellation: previously installed skills continue to work locally inside your AI tool because they live in your local AI environment. You lose access to the catalog, new installs, and creator updates. Work you already delivered under an active subscription remains covered by the license terms in effect at the time of delivery.

6. Creators

If you publish skills on Vibe Skills, a separate Creator Agreement governs your relationship with us, including submission, review, intellectual property, revenue share (30% of gross subscription revenue, distributed monthly via a pool model), payouts, and termination. By submitting a skill you agree to the Creator Agreement in addition to these Terms.

Short summary (full terms in the Creator Agreement):

Creators retain full intellectual property in their skills.
The license we receive to distribute a skill is non-exclusive - you can sell the same skill elsewhere.
Every submission is reviewed within up to 14 business days.
Revenue is shared via a monthly pool, pro-rata by downloads from paying Subscribers.

We reserve the right to remove any skill that violates these Terms, the Creator Agreement, or our content guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including the website design, logos, and branding, is owned by Snippets AI Ltd. Individual skills are owned by their respective Creators, who grant Vibe Skills a non-exclusive license to distribute them to Subscribers. A subscription grants you a license to use skills according to your plan, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Upload malicious, harmful, or infringing content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
Interfere with the Service's operation
Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Platform without permission
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Share a single-seat subscription (Pro or Premium) across multiple individuals
Use subscription access to bulk-export the catalog or replicate it elsewhere

9. Auto-renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period - you keep full access until then.

We do not issue partial-period refunds for unused time. See the Refund Policy for the narrow cases where refunds are available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snippets AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that skills will meet your specific requirements or expectations. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or functionality of individual skills created by third-party Creators. Third-party AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) are operated by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snippets AI Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes that affect Subscriber rights, we will give at least 30 days notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
