This Affiliate Policy governs the Vibe Skills affiliate program, operated by Snippets AI Ltd, Latvia.

1. Program Overview

The Vibe Skills affiliate program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new buyers to our marketplace. The program is currently in development and will be launched at a later date.

2. Eligibility

To join the affiliate program, you must:

Have an active Vibe Skills account
Agree to these terms and conditions
Not engage in prohibited promotional activities

We reserve the right to approve or reject affiliate applications at our discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Commission rates and payment terms will be announced when the program launches. Commissions will be paid for qualifying purchases made by referred users within the attribution window.

4. Promotional Guidelines

As an affiliate, you agree to:

Not make false or misleading claims about Vibe Skills
Not use spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive practices
Not bid on our brand keywords in paid advertising
Comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities will result in immediate removal from the program:

Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals
Cookie stuffing or other manipulation of tracking
Using misleading or deceptive advertising
Promoting Vibe Skills on websites with illegal or harmful content
Impersonating Vibe Skills or its employees

6. Termination

We may terminate your affiliate status at any time for violation of these terms. You may also leave the program at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions above the minimum payout threshold will be paid within 30 days.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
