Vibe Skills Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement governs your relationship with Snippets AI Ltd, a company registered in Latvia, which operates Vibe Skills (https://vibeaiskills.com). It applies to anyone who submits or publishes a skill on the Platform ("Creator", "you"). By submitting a skill you agree to this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose

Vibe Skills is a subscription marketplace for visual AI skills. Creators publish skills that paying Subscribers install into their AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Gemini, ChatGPT, and others). This Agreement covers submission, review, intellectual property, revenue share, payouts, and termination.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Creator program you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
Hold an active Vibe Skills account
Be able to receive payouts via PayPal or bank transfer in a supported country
Comply with all applicable laws, including export, sanctions, consumer protection, and tax laws

We may decline or remove any Creator at our discretion.

3. Submission and Review

You submit a skill by uploading the skill package along with a preview, description, and the list of AI tools it supports.
Every submission is reviewed for visual quality, originality, licensing, and compliance with these terms and our content guidelines.
Review turnaround is up to 14 business days. If something needs a fix, we will send notes and you can resubmit.
Approved skills go live in the catalog and become installable by all paying Subscribers.

4. Content Guidelines

Vibe Skills accepts visual AI skills only - skills whose output can be shown as an image or video in the product card. Accepted categories at the time of this Agreement:

Presentations and Pitch Decks
Social Media Visuals
Video Content
Thumbnails and Cover Art
Motion Graphics and Animation
Web and UI Design
Email and Newsletter Design
3D Games
AI Influencers
Interactive 3D

Not accepted: text-only deliverables (copywriting, SEO articles, cold emails, plain text collections), abstract or strategic outputs (brand positioning, OKRs), admin or ops outputs, or tool-based "collections" with no clear visual output.

You may not submit content that:

Infringes any third party's intellectual property, trademark, or likeness rights
Contains malicious code, backdoors, or data-exfiltration behavior
Contains deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading descriptions or previews
Requires access to third-party services the Subscriber cannot legally use
Violates applicable laws (including data protection, consumer protection, or export controls)

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the skills you publish. We do not acquire your IP.
By publishing a skill on Vibe Skills, you grant Snippets AI Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, distribute, display, promote, and deliver the skill to Subscribers, and to use preview images, screenshots, and descriptions for promotion of the Platform.
Non-exclusivity: you may sell the same skill on any other marketplace, your own website, or anywhere else, at the same time.
Removal: you may remove a skill at any time via your creator dashboard or by email. Subscribers who already installed the skill keep their local copy; the skill simply stops being available to new installs from the catalog.

You warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to each skill you submit, including to any fonts, images, audio, code, templates, or third-party assets included.

6. Revenue Share (Pool Model)

Vibe Skills pays Creators using a monthly pool model:

30% of gross subscription revenue is pooled each calendar month.
Your cut is proportional to your share of downloads that month. If paying Subscribers downloaded your skill 2% of the time out of all downloads across the catalog, you receive 2% of the pool.
The remaining 70% is retained by Vibe Skills to cover payment processing (Stripe, PayPal), refunds, applicable taxes, infrastructure, support, marketing, and operations.

What counts as a download:

Only downloads by paying Subscribers count. Downloads during any promotional free access do not count.
Multiple downloads of the same skill by the same Subscriber within the same calendar month count as one.
Downloads from accounts later terminated for Terms violations may be excluded.
We may exclude downloads that appear fraudulent or manipulated.

7. Payouts

Payouts are run monthly, on the 15th of the month following earnings (for example, April earnings are paid by May 15).
Minimum payout is $50 USD. Amounts below the threshold roll over to the next month.
Supported payout methods at launch: PayPal and bank transfer. Additional methods will be added over time.
You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting required in your jurisdiction on your creator earnings. We may request tax forms (e.g. W-9 / W-8BEN) where required by law.

8. Changes to Revenue Terms

We may adjust the revenue share percentage, pool mechanics, payout threshold, or payout cadence. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance by posting the updated Agreement on the Platform and by email notification to active Creators.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Submit content that violates §4 (Content Guidelines) or §5 (Intellectual Property)
Artificially inflate downloads, installs, or subscriber activity (self-downloads, bot downloads, incentivized downloads, etc.)
Attempt to bypass review, tracking, or payout systems
Misrepresent yourself or impersonate another Creator
Use the Platform to recruit Subscribers off-Platform in a way that circumvents the revenue share

Violations may result in forfeiture of unpaid earnings, removal of your skills, and termination of your Creator account.

10. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by removing all of your skills from the catalog and emailing team@vibeaiskills.com.
We may terminate or suspend your participation for a violation of this Agreement, our Terms, or applicable law.
On termination in good standing, any unpaid balance above the $50 minimum is paid on the next scheduled payout cycle. Amounts below the minimum are forfeited unless required by law.
Sections covering intellectual property, warranties, indemnification, liability, and governing law survive termination.

11. Modifications to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance by posting the updated Agreement on the Platform and by email. Your continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
